Terms of Service

Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be legally able to enter a binding contract to use the service.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for protecting your login credentials.

Acceptable Use

• You may use Decision Lens for lawful planning and analysis purposes.
• You must not use the service to violate laws, infringe rights, or abuse system resources.
• You must not attempt to bypass limits, probe vulnerabilities, or interfere with service integrity.

AI Features and Output

Decision Lens is a decision-support and scenario-mapping tool. AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs and making final decisions. The service does not provide professional, legal, financial, medical, or other regulated advice.

Content and Ownership

• You retain ownership of the content you submit to your workspace.
• You grant us permission to host, process, and transmit your content to provide and secure the service.
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate law or third-party rights.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers such as Supabase, Stripe, OpenAI, Google Analytics, and Cloudflare Turnstile to operate core product and security features. Your use of those integrations may also be subject to those providers' terms and policies.

Subscriptions and Billing

• Some features require a paid subscription and auto-renew until canceled.
• Billing and payment processing are handled by Stripe.
• You can cancel renewal at any time through the Stripe-managed billing flow made available for your account, and cancellation applies at the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
• You are responsible for applicable taxes, fees, and payment method accuracy.

Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies and similar technologies required for secure product operation. Non-essential analytics tracking is enabled based on your consent preferences where required by law.

Shared Links

You are responsible for any share links you create. Anyone with a valid share token may be able to view shared content until the link expires or is revoked.

Suspension, Termination, and Changes

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, legal risk, or non-payment. We may also update, change, or discontinue features from time to time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Decision Lens is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where the Decision Lens entity providing your service is established, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. If you are an Australian consumer, nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable Australian consumer law.
